This specialised program provides in-depth education, equipping you with the skills to confidently care for textured hair, identify early signs of scalp conditions, and advise clients on the best next steps for their hair and scalp health. Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Payment can be made via debit/credit card, Klarna, or any other accepted payment methods. If opting for Klarna, you agree to their terms and conditions for installment payments. 2. No Refund Policy All bookings are non-refundable. This policy ensures the sustainability of our small business and the quality of our training sessions. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another date or send a substitute attendee (see below). 3. Transfers & Substitutions You may transfer your booking to a future training date (subject to availability) if requested at least 7 days before the original training date. If you cannot attend, you may send someone else in your place at no extra cost (subject to prior notification and approval). 4. Cancellations by CURLiD In the unlikely event that CURLiD cancels a training session, attendees will be offered a reschedule or credit towards a future training session. CURLiD is not responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation. 5. Liability & Conduct CURLiD is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the training. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the training without a refund if their behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate. By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
